He holds a Diploma in Fisheries Technology and Navigation Engineering (Sandwich Course) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with specialization in Animal Science and Fisheries Science from Madras Veterinary College, Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (TANUVAS). He has also completed a Master of Social Work (MSW), further strengthening his expertise in rural development, community engagement, and organizational leadership. Dr. J. Sridharan holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Biotechnology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel, and has completed the Executive General Management Program (EGMP) from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB). His academic excellence has been recognized through prestigious achievements, including the Marie Curie Fellowship, GATE qualification, DBT fellowship, and university rank. Dr. Sridharan has worked with globally renowned organizations including Genotypic Technology, Premas Life Sciences, Avantor–VWR, Tel Aviv University, and Madurai Kamaraj University. During his career, he has successfully managed multidisciplinary scientific teams, collaborated with leading research institutions across India and abroad, and contributed significantly to genomics, molecular diagnostics, next-generation sequencing technologies, and life science product development. His expertise encompasses molecular biology, biotechnology, genomics, product management, scientific consulting, technology transfer, strategic partnerships, and commercialization of innovative biological products. He has extensive experience in developing market-driven scientific solutions and translating research into commercially viable technologies.

She completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and is a practicing dental professional with extensive clinical experience. Alongside her successful healthcare career, she contributes her strong analytical, administrative, and financial management skills to the organization's leadership. As Director – Finance, Dr. Parameswari oversees financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and resource management, ensuring transparency, accountability, and sustainable financial growth.
